This evidence-based fall prevention group fitness program is designed for 55+. It combines aerobics, strength, and stretching exercises to help older adults improve balance and mobility while helping to reduce the risk of falls. Class sizes are limited. Please bring water. A pre-test and post-test will be given at the beginning and end of three months.

AARP Driving Safety class. Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road. Learn techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way and roudabouts. Discover proven driving methods to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. Payment will be paid to the instructor day of class. $20.00 AARP members and $25.00 non-members. Please pack your lunch and sign up to eat lunch at our center in the dining room for $5.00. Regular or vegetarian meals are available.

Create your own ceramic pieces from clay. All materials provided and open to all ability levels. First session: Hand build your piece, second session: return to paint your piece. Pieces will be fired off-site and available for pick up the following week.
