This evidence-based fall prevention group fitness program is designed for adults 55 and older. It combines aerobics, strength, and stretching exercises to help older adults improve balance and mobility while helping to reduce the risk of falls. Class sizes are limited. Please bring water. Pre-Test will be on 3/5 and post-test on 5/30.
