Join PRCS staff at Lovettsville Community Park to safely view this spectacular event. Meet at the Lovettsville Community Park concession stand located at 39550 Lovettsville Park Drive, Lovettsville, VA 20180. Event is free. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
