StarKids - BLUE/GREEN

(Ages 3-5) Students will work on forward movement with rotation for breathing by practicing kicking, pulling, streamline and side glides, with an introduction to side breathing, diving and survival floating. Pre-requisites for this class: Jump in, submerge, recover for air independently; kick and pull forward 10 ft on front and back, change direction and return to the wall using a swim-roll-swim to breathe technique, independently.
