Equinox Yoga and Soundbath

Celebrate the Fall Equinox with 90-minutes of self-care with an outdoor gentle yoga practice followed by a live Crystal and Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath experience. Yoga mats are provided but please bring a warm blanket for the sound bath experience.
