SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) is an evidence-based fall prevention group fitness program designed for adults 55 and older. It combines aerobic, strength, balance, and stretching exercises to help older adults improve balance and mobility. Fitness testing for participants will occur on the first (9/3) and the last (11/22) day of the program. Class size is limited. Please bring water.
